Cinnamon Apple Waffles

Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 cup of milk 1/2 cup of melted butter 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 cups of flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 2 teaspoons sugar 1 apple (chopped) 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional:walnuts Directions: Beat eggs, and add milk, butter, and vanilla and beat well.  In another bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.  Slowly add flour and egg mixtures.  Stir in shredded apple and walnuts.

Ingredients: 2 and 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats 3/4 cup slivered almonds 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon pinch salt 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1/4 teaspoon almond extract 1 tablespoon vanilla extract Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees F .
