Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 cup of milk 1/2 cup of melted butter 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 cups of flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 2 teaspoons sugar 1 apple (chopped) 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional:walnuts Directions: Beat eggs, and add milk, butter, and vanilla and beat well.  In another bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.  Slowly add flour and egg mixtures.  Stir in shredded apple and walnuts.

Ingredients: 1 pork tenderloin (2 lbs) 1 can of root beer (12 fl oz) 1 bottle of BBQ sauce (18 oz) Directions: Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker.  pour the root beer over the meat.  Cover and cook on low until well cooked and the pork shreds easily (approx. 6-7 hours).  Drain well, stir in BBQ sauce and stir in BBQ sauce.
